Kitee Dry Gin
Juniper-led. Distinctively Kalevala.
Crafted using the traditional London Dry production approach, Kitee Dry Gin pairs classic juniper with locally sourced Jerusalem artichoke, also known as topinambur. Its subtle earthy warmth brings depth to a clean, dry botanical profile. We make each batch of around 150 litres by hand at our family distillery in Kitee.
Ruby Gin
Nordic berries. Naturally Ruby.
Kalevala Ruby Gin combines our signature juniper and Jerusalem artichoke base with cranberry and bilberry. After distillation, we macerate the gin with the berries for two weeks, developing its natural colour and distinctive berry character. Handcrafted in batches of around 150 litres, Ruby brings a different expression of Kitee to your glass.

At our family distillery in Kitee, a small town in Easternmost Finland, we make our gin in batches of around 150 litres. From preparing the botanicals to bottling and labelling, we work by hand, with care at every stage.
Carefully distilled in Kitee
We craft Kitee Dry Gin using the traditional London Dry production approach. For Ruby, we take our distilled gin and macerate it with cranberry and bilberry for two weeks, allowing the berries to develop its natural colour and character.
Rooted in something distinctive
Juniper gives our gin its classic character. Alongside it, we use locally sourced Jerusalem artichoke, also known as topinambur, to bring subtle earthy warmth and depth. It is a signature ingredient that connects both our gins.
Finished by hand
We bottle and label our gin by hand at the distillery. These final steps are part of the same hands-on approach that guides each batch, from the first botanicals to the finished bottle.
