Kalevala Blue Label Gin

Production and ingredients

Our Blue Label gin is based on the same recipe as our London Dry gin with one important difference: Next to juniper, a good quantity of Jerusalem artichoke is macerated together with the juniper for one and a half days prior to distillation.
While we stumbled across this accidentally, we are very proud of this unique creation.

Tasting notes
A uniquely earthy-sweet gin with a thick texture and fresh forest aromas. This spirit balances ginger notes with sweetness Jerusalem artichoke and dashes of pine, mint and raspberry. Pleasantly smooth with a full character and an earthy-warm finish.
